Our focus is creating your virtual workforce. These skills are not idle, but rather utilized through services, which we used to refer to as custom prompt templates. We have successfully implemented and ensured the accuracy of our initial use cases, our progression is methodical. We assess your requirements we need to fulfill, create the necessary skills, develop the service or services that will utilize these skills to achieve your objectives, and then register these skills within the virtual workforce. We create a skill for each capability present in our platform.

VG will assist in creating and building use cases from your custom manual data process resulting in an automated streamlining of actions and improving the outdated process. This includes; mutually accepted documentation on the workflow process and demonstrable results.

  • Documentation: Support and collaborate on documentation related to the business rules & requirements, and processes. Solution Design: Support the development of a comprehensive solution design to meet the organization's needs.
  • Approval Processes: Support definition of approval processes to ensure compliance with company policies and requirements.

ACCEPTANCE PROCESS

Client will promptly review each deliverable upon delivery and shall provide services to remedy the deficiency within five (5) business days and resubmit the deliverable

DELIVERABLES

  • Weekly cadence meetings to discuss what has been reviewed and approved
  • Delivering a consumable prompt(s)-based template for immediate use
  • Delivering a repeatable model using predefined prompts to be used inside your workflow process
  • Complete data analysis to identify unbiased patterns within existing data (up to 4 separate objects/files)
  • Report of Identification of Services to gather and translate specific data elements into a consumable and actionable use case
  • Outline Skills to execute specific actions in coordination with the Virtual Workforce and Services
  • Connecting links and access to multiple data sources

DELIVERABLES

  1. Working Environment: Should work be requested by Client to be performed at a Client-specified location, Client will provide VG with space in which to work at the Client location, subject to Client access and security policies and procedures, including internet access. Client will provide a laptop and appropriate software to access project documents if program materials are not readily available otherwise.
  2. Regular Status Checks and Weekly Status Meeting: The parties will participate in regular status checks during which VG shall be responsible for identifying any needs or requirements from the Client
    project team or other information necessary to keep the project on track to assure timely completion. The designated Client Project Manager, and other relevant parties, will meet weekly to review status, work products, prioritize activities, and incorporate feedback into the work efforts and any pursuant deliverables.
  3. Client Project Manager: The Client Sponsor will identify a "Client Project Manager” to this effort to operate as the day-to-day Client point of contact and management decision-maker for this work. The Client Project Manager assigned to this Program will also identify and provide access to necessary Client resources and information.
  4. Subject Matter Expertise: If necessary, Client will provide staff members that represent impacted departments and functions to attend required meetings and provide timely decisions on activities or tasks necessary to execute the project plan.
  5. Documentation and Decision Making: Client will provide; information, documentation, decisions, approvals, and assistance that are necessary for VG work or that is reasonably requested.
  6. Technical acceptance: Client will be responsible for ensuring all technical and operational requirements are met in accordance with Client strategy and project plan.
